Bring your pre-crawler and join Jillian on Sunday November 24th @ 11:00am-12:30pm for a hands on "Intro to Baby Massage" class. We will cover the benefits and foundations of baby massage including: appropriate pressure, recommended oils, how to read baby's engagement cues, as well as massage strokes for one area of the body. A short, PDF/handout of the learned principles will be provided for home practice.
